Standard shipping for bikes and large fitness equipment typically takes 5-7 business days. Smaller accessories and apparel usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and protective gear cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do you offer professional assembly for bikes?
Yes, we partner with local technicians to provide professional assembly services. You can select the 'White Glove Assembly' option at checkout for an additional fee.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All My Ride products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Specific high-performance frames may carry extended lifetime warranties.
